Who We Are
- Our ministry is to continue the work of the Lord Jesus on this earth, in John14:12 – Jesus said “…the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do…”
- And we started the work in Cambodia, minister the gospel of the Kingdom to everyone without denomination, without compromise.
Our Belief
- Helena Chan Ministries is to minister the Word of Faith, the power of Christ (the anointing) by teaching believers to know their identity and given authority in Christ Jesus; taking them from the milk of the Word to the meat, and from religion to reality, and becoming real Ambassadors of Christ. While focusing on discipleship, we also bring new souls to Christ.
- We believe in one God—Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, Creator of all things. We believe that The Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, was crucified, died and was buried; He was resurrected, ascended into heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father and is true God and true man.
Our Vision
- To turn Cambodia downside-Up through the supernatural wonderous works of the Holy Spirit through our ministry and partners
- To revive Cambodia to be a Christian country
- To see Christian in Cambodia as well as the Christian around the world grow mature in Christ and live in the fullness of The Blessing of the Lord
- To see the Name of the Lord Jesus be glorified through our works
Our Mission
- In the beginning of 2015, The Lord called, anointed, equipped and empowered sister Helena Chan to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and taking His work of salvation, healing, and deliverance to the people of Cambodia. Started in a small village called Village 76 located in Kampong Speu province, south of Cambodia, about 2 hours from Phnom Penh, with 4 people came to the first meeting and soon the church grew to 80 adults and 120 children who become regular members. And in the same year, the ministry has expanded to Phnom Penh and has worked with many churches until now.
- We believe God’s desire to save many souls and make Cambodia a nation of His own. God’s desire to bless every child with 3 dimensions of Blessing: spirit, soul and body—according to God’s Word in 3 John 2. We endeavor to help the body of Christ to live victoriously and supernaturally as Christ was on earth, through Biblical teachings on The Blessing, that Christ redeemed back to every believer, and the cooperation with the Holy Spirit. We encourage believers to do the “greater works,” spoken of by Jesus in John 14:12, demonstrating God’s love and His power and reaching out to a lost world through:
Evangelistic outreaches
Preaching without compromise, praying, and providing for those in need of healing in spirit, soul and body. (A plan to set up a crusade through the nation of Cambodia as well as any country where the Lord may lead)

Walk In The Destiny of Divine Victory – YouTube and Facebook channel - featuring Bible teaching and sharing the fullness of The Blessing of God to all Khmer speaking communities and around the world.
Jesus Disciple Training Centre
A plan to set up a discipleship training school to produce more missionaries, pastors, and Evangelist who can go and outreach to every corner in Cambodia and the rest of the world. (Plan to begin in 2022)
Books
Which sharing God’s will of prospering every believer and transforming every man to be Christ-like man, Bible-based uplifting messages which can transform life powerfully through The Word and the Power of the Holy Spirit. The first book is being publishing with Xulon Press called “The Life Transformer”.
- Support of humanitarian outreaches– we feed the poor and needy, take care of orphans and widows
- Cambodia for Israel – a mission to connect Cambodia and Israel through diplomatic relation, entrepreneurship opportunity, and community agricultural project via the exchange of agricultural technology and knowledge.
